Stained Glass Lollipop Cookies!
They are cookies, cut like lollipops with melted sugar lollies in the middle. They are really pretty, and we made them in three different colours - orange, yellow and pink/purple. Took awhile to make but worth it.

Macaroons!
I have an insane love for the Lindt ones so I wanted to try and make my own, knowing that there was a very high chance of failure but they were really yummy. My favourite thing I made out of the three. They have a vanilla white chocolate ganache in the middle - the best bit!
And finally, I made Anzacs. The least adventerous thing on my list as I have made them before, unlike the other two. But I decided to make them because I love the batter so much.
One exam down, one more to go...then summer and more baking :P
